cannot ssh azure ubuntu vm -


several days ago, restart ubuntu vm. after that, can't ssh azure ubuntu vm again. but, port 80 still can accessible browser.

i tried restart, start-stop, reset remote access, , remove ssh known-hosts in ssh client. there nothing happen.

i tried create ubuntu vm, works normal. when try remote problematic ubuntu vm, can't accessible.

this error message: "ssh: connect host xxxxx.cloudapp.net port 22: operation timed out"

hopefully there / suggestion can given here solve problem.

i had exact same problem earlier today. had restart vm azure portal before ssh in again.
