Apache & Magento: Unauthorized Append or Prepend File in Unknown on line 0 -


i installing new paypal plugin , need help! mageix iexpp plugin magento. asks install files required, clear cache , log out, , log in.

when go log in , go system > configuration error:

fatal error: unauthorized append or prepend file in unknown on line 0

any idea can fix file or need do?? thank you!!

i found out append / prepend settings need disabled on our apache server. thought using easyapache still don't know file edit.

any help?? thank you!!!

authentication - Mongodb revoke acccess to connect test database -
