crystal reports - Unable to change order of Stacked bar chart data -


i'm using crystal 11.5 on desktop. i'm having problem stacked chart data not appearing want. appears below, like:

1) completed on bottom, open on top, 2) completed should blue color, open orange.

i think once data appears want, changing color should easy enough via manual manipulation.

i tried using lot of different chart options , playing around specified order reversed (open, completed instead of completed, open). nothing i've done has worked.

in order have stacked data appear want, needed first create cross tab (pivot table). right click on cross tab , select insert chart.
