ios - Unable to upload app to iTunes Connect - iTunes Store operation failed. Authentication timeout -


i'm trying upload app itunes connect xcode. chose product > archive, choose account, compiles , when try upload hand long time on:

uploading archive sending api usage itunes connect...

then shows error message:

archive upload failed errors: itunes store operation failed. authentication timeout. please restart xcode

i've restarted xcode , entire machine still keeps repeating itself.

what's wrong here?

this happens me when phone connected while uploading archive, , removing phone far has been solving issue me.

i using eclipse juno in windows 7. doing programming on android 4.2 platform. want receive udp packets in gstreamer application. giving uri udp://127.0.0.1:1234 , sending file vlc player same computer. emulator giving message could not get/set setting from/on resource while in case of rtp, giving message no uri implementer found rtp ideas how receive streaming media in android?
