Send Raw notification to Windows Phone 8.1 via Parse.com -


i need send different data via push notification windows phone 8.1 application , handle background task. how can send raw notification via parse.com? possible?

i have been struggling long time parse.com , windows push notifications.

i haven't been able send raw notifications windows phone far. neither able send specific parameters "sound", example.

parse.com seems give no support kind of windows phone notifications. "regular" push notifications title.
