iis - Changes to a file require two page refreshes -


after updating file, when running on dev machine, need refresh browser twice in order see changes.

how see changes upon first refresh?

its not browser's cache. doesn't happen same browser on live site. server iis express.

you can force browser empty cache using ctrl+f5
