is pre-approval require for my website's Paypal gateway? -


i'm creating website , sell digital learning products football betting(there no gambling or prizing in website) paypal premier.i use woocommerce in website. please see link:https://www.paypal.com/st/webapps/mpp/ua/acceptableuse-full if don't pre-approve website happen?will close account? need preapprove website before use gateway in website? if yes,after send them website activity , contact detals them do?

but, answer question, should seek pre-approval or paypal may freeze funds , stop serving without notice. may still anyway pre-approval reduces risk.
