windows - SSRS access to URL -

i've installed sql server 2014, , when go report manager url receive error:

user 'domain\name' not have required permissions. verify sufficient permissions have been granted , windows user account control (uac) restrictions have been addressed.

i've red several articles describes how solve that. but, firstly, have minimal knowledge of windows administration, and, secondly, windows 10 home edition sucks, there differes compared win7. i've tried run edge administrator, doesn't have such function. i've tried fix secpol.msc, doesn't exist in home edition.

please, me run url local user.

edit thought edge replacesinternet explorer, didn't. ran explorer administrator, worked. there have added local user admin, neverthless, can't open url local user, exception same above. wrong?

yeah, don't know why microsoft this. it's kinda it's broken right out of box, huh?

anyway, ran issue myself recently, it's fresh in mind, , you're on right track! it's important realize there 2 different places need add user.

1) after running ie administrator, click 'site settings' in top right, navigate 'security' menu on left, , add 'system administrator' role assignment user name.

2) click 'home' in upper left, , click 'folder settings' in middle of blue menu bar. suggest adding available role assignments user name.

that should in action ;-)

edit: oh yes, , add report manager url 'trusted sites' in internet settings.
