pivot table - DAX - formula for lost customers -


been using javier guillens formula lost customers , it's working great. problem though want customers considered lost after 3 months of no transactions rather one. how that?

also, problem when try make pivot table can see number of lost customers each month cant see customers. because when try put customerid rows can see each customerid per month nothing happens. there expand icon when click nothing happens. happen know why?
