LinkedIn People Search API -


i integrated linkedin people search api in ios app. sening requests api, getting access denials linkedin. in documentation, linkedin says api requires developer registered linkedin partner, in order able access it.

i filled in linkedin partnership program form (https://developer.linkedin.com/partner-programs/apply) in order access linkedin people search api. did several times during period of 2-3 months, , time of rejection every time: http://screencast.com/t/f7vdzdc43gk can me answer how can become linkedin partner?
