i getting indexoutofrangeexception after january 2016 windows 10 update on 1 of .net apps. application working perfect before update. did system restore , application started working again. did windows 10 updates january 2016 again , application stops running again. else running issue windows 10?

update # 2 found it!!! ipv6 address returns ::1 dns.gethostentry , breaks code! hope @ microsoft reading this. occurs after jan 2016 windows updates. confirmed happening in windows 7.
